Shirl’s passion has been in fitness and healthy lifestyle programming and then a career in Exercise Physiology.
For over 20 years she has implemented health & exercise programs in a variety of sectors including community, corporate, private practice and mining.
Shirl enjoys working with individuals with a history of obesity and chronic weight issues as well as chronic conditions such as arthritis, lower back pain balance and strength issues.
She enjoys helping people manage their health, life and fitness goals via support and education with recommendations specific to individual goals, health conditions and needs.
Outside of the practice, Shirl practices what she preaches by getting outdoors to ride her bike, jog/walking trails usually to catch sun rises, loves cooking, reading and spending time with friends and family.
